Hi, I’m Courtney Munichiello, the owner of Wind River Insurance LLC and your local Farmers Insurance agent here in Loveland, Colorado. I’m truly glad you’re here—helping people protect what matters most is the heart of what I do.

I grew up in Lander, Wyoming, where camping trips, fishing poles, and campfire‑scented clothes were basically a way of life. The Rocky Mountains shaped who I am: grounded, resilient, community‑minded, and always prepared (yes, with extra snacks).

I later attended Arizona State University, where I studied Business and Psychology—a combination that helps me understand both the numbers and the people behind them. After college, life took me to Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Wilmington, each place adding its own chapter to my story before the mountains eventually pulled me back home.

​

Today, I’m happily rooted in Northern Colorado, surrounded by my entire family. My daughter, parents, sister and brother‑in‑law, and my niece and nephew all live nearby—so holidays are loud, lively, and inevitably short on pie. And at the center of everything I do is family, including the four‑legged ones. Pets have always been part of my life, and they count just as much as anyone seated at the dinner table… or waiting under it for crumbs.

In 2025, I joined the Farmers Protégé Program, which opened the door to launching my own agency—a long‑held dream come to life. At Wind River Insurance, I focus on providing coverage that’s clear, honest, and genuinely helpful. Insurance doesn’t have to be confusing or intimidating; with the right guidance, it can even be… enjoyable. (I’m working on making that a thing!)
